By accessing or using this website, submitting a request, or otherwise using applicable online services provided by 702 POOLS, you agree to these Terms.
702 POOLS is operated by Field Service Pros, Inc.
You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial purposes related to learning about, requesting, scheduling, or purchasing services offered by 702 POOLS.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, submit fraudulent information, use automated systems to improperly scrape or disrupt the website, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Submitting a website form, requesting an inspection, requesting an estimate, calling us, emailing us, or communicating with us does not by itself create a binding service agreement.
Service availability, scheduling, pricing, estimates, promotions, and eligibility may vary based on property conditions, location, pool size, equipment, service requirements, and other factors.
A separate proposal, estimate, work authorization, subscription, invoice, or service agreement may govern services actually purchased from 702 POOLS.
If another agreement conflicts with these website Terms with respect to purchased services, the more specific service agreement will control.
Prices, promotions, introductory offers, inspection offers, and other marketing claims displayed on the website or in advertisements may be subject to eligibility requirements and may change without prior notice.
“Starting at” pricing represents an entry price and does not guarantee that every property or pool qualifies for that price.
Final pricing may depend on pool condition, pool size, frequency of service, chemicals required, equipment, access, repair needs, and other relevant circumstances.
702 POOLS provides or coordinates swimming-pool maintenance, cleaning, chemical services, inspections, equipment-related services, repairs, and other related services.
When licensing, specialty work, or other legal requirements apply, work may be performed or subcontracted to appropriately qualified or licensed contractors.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, information provided on the website is general information and is not a guarantee that a specific repair, treatment, chemical recommendation, or service will be appropriate for every swimming pool.
By providing an email address to 702 POOLS, you may receive communications relating to inquiries, estimates, appointments, services, transactions, or customer support.
Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional email.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe method contained in the email or by contacting service@702pools.com.
Opting out of marketing email does not prevent communications necessary to provide services you requested or complete transactions.
702 POOLS may operate one or more SMS/text messaging programs for service communications, appointment information, customer support, reminders, estimates, promotions, special offers, and marketing.
When you affirmatively opt in to a recurring 702 POOLS marketing text messaging program, you agree to the following:
Program Sponsor: 702 POOLS.
Program Description: Messages may include pool-service information, inspection offers, cleaning and maintenance information, appointment reminders, quotes, promotions, discounts, special offers, and other information concerning 702 POOLS products or services.
Consent: You authorize 702 POOLS to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology where applicable.
No Purchase Required: Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out. We will also honor other reasonable methods of communicating that you wish to stop receiving messages.
Opt-Out Confirmation: After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless another written agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Changes to these Terms do not retroactively create consent to receive marketing SMS messages where separate consent is required.
