North Las Vegas is one of the most geographically varied cities in the valley — home to some of the area’s oldest established neighborhoods near the Civic Center and Cheyenne Avenue corridor, newer master-planned communities like Aliante and Skye Canyon in the north valley, and scattered rural and equestrian-zoned lots near the edges of Nellis Air Force Base. 702Pools services pools throughout North Las Vegas starting at $115-$160/month for weekly service.
Much of the older, established core of North Las Vegas – built from the 1960s through the 1980s near Civic Center Drive and Cheyenne Avenue – still runs original or early-replacement pumps, heaters, and plaster. We see more legacy single-speed equipment and aging surfaces here than the valley-wide average, so repair-vs-replace decisions come up often.
Aliante and Skye Canyon are newer, HOA-governed master-planned communities in the north valley – Aliante built out mainly in the 2000s around its golf course, and Skye Canyon a newer, higher-elevation development still adding new construction. Both carry design guidelines for visible equipment and fencing, and newer builds in Skye Canyon often include variable-speed pumps and smart controllers.
North Las Vegas also has scattered rural and equestrian-zoned pockets, particularly toward its northern and eastern edges near Nellis Air Force Base. Larger lots here can mean longer equipment runs and, in some cases, well or septic considerations. Proximity to open desert and the base also brings more wind-blown dust and occasional debris than denser, built-out neighborhoods.
Nellis AFB borders parts of North Las Vegas, and homes near the base can see more aircraft noise and occasional dust from surrounding open land. It doesn’t affect our scheduling, but it’s worth factoring into filtration and debris expectations in nearby neighborhoods.
Many homes in the older, established sections of North Las Vegas – built from the 1960s through the 1980s – still run original or early-replacement pumps, heaters, and plaster. We routinely service legacy equipment and can advise on repair-vs-replace decisions.
Yes – both are HOA-governed master-planned communities with design standards for visible equipment, fencing, and pool decking, similar to what we see in Summerlin or Henderson’s Anthem. We’re familiar with the common requirements.
Larger equestrian and rural-zoned lots, found in pockets of North Las Vegas, can mean longer equipment runs, bigger pool footprints, or well-water considerations. We assess these on a per-property basis during your first visit.
